Friday night was the big night for my friends and I. It started out with a few of us meeting up at Zupas for dinner.

Next was a New Moon party at Natalie’s house. We had a dress code: black shirt, dark jeans. Most of us wore our “Real Men Sparkle” shirt from last year when Twilight came out. Everyone also brought a treat to share, and some were themed. I brought cake ball vampire bites and chocolate covered apples/vampire teeth .

We sat around and ate and talked and did other stuff that women do when they get together.

We also had a trivia quiz, with awesome prizes also made by Natalie. I got gruff for some of the trivia questions I found, apparently some of them were wrong! Good thing we have Twi-hard fans that knew the right answers. Three people got all of them right! And there were still 6 other prizes for those who didn’t do as well.

Don’t forget the group picture! Natalie also made everyone matching clips for our hair! (I know she is amazing)

We then went to the main event, the movie! It is a lot  better than Twilight, and the acting improved greatly. Word of advice, do not read New Moon before you go and see it, I do not think you will enjoy it as much. I did not read the book, so I really enjoyed the movie. There was also some really funny parts too, and I always enjoy a little humor.

It was a fun night to hang out with friends, and I think we all had a lot of fun!
