I do have other children, but it just seems like the past few posts have been all about Nadia! Also, I do not know why our picture of Dot keeps disappearing from the last post, I think you all got the idea.

Nadia turned 6 months on the 1st of this month and her Dr.’s appointment was yesterday. She is 16 lbs 5 oz ( 48th %) and 27.25 in (89%) long! She is about the same size Natalya was at one year (same height, but a few ounces lighter). The doctor said everything looked good and even with the previous broken arm  she is doing great. She had three shots and only cried after the last one, what a trooper!

What is Nadia up to these days? Well, she is sitting up like a pro and hardly ever falls backward anymore. She laughs more and more everyday and it is usually at something Tanner is doing. Nadia also rolls around everywhere. You put her down and 2 minutes later she is across the room. She has extremely grabby hands and tries to grab at anything she can. This is where we have to be careful about what is by her at the kitchen table. The other night she tipped over a bowl of broccoli. She is getting good at grabbing food and putting into her mouth, but often she will forget it is in her hand and fling it across the room.The other day she rolled over to a bag of fish crackers, shook them out of the bag, and then was trying to quickly shove them into her mouth. Luckily I was right there and was able to stop her! She has a sweet tooth just like her sister, and is not a fan of the carrots or peas I try to feed her. She definitely prefers applesauce, bananas, and sweet potatoes. I also have started feeding her those little puffs, and she loves those too! For the past month she has been waking up at 4am to eat, which I am not a fan of and I try every day to stuff her so she won’t do it. It hasn’t worked.

Nadia is a joy to have and is so calm and easy going. I feel spolied to have such a great baby.
