Painting
I let the kids do some painting today. Tanner is learning his next line of letters F,G,H,I, and J, so we bought wooden letters at Roberts for him to paint. I don’t trust Natalya with paint yet, so I dyed some banana pudding for her to “paint” with. Tanner did really well, he will usually mix all his colors together, and then repaint the same letter over and over until it is an ugly brown color. This time he painted each letter a different color, and it looked really nice. But then, he went back and repainted them, so now they are all an ugly green color.
I thought Natalya would paint her tray and move the colors around with her fingers and the spoons I gave her, instead she just ate it all. I am sure we will have some interesting diapers tomorrow.
Also, the kids have a new obsession: playing in Natalya’s bed. Tanner will fill it with toys and they will both get in and play for like 45 min. It is nice because they are in one location, and Natalya can’t get out!

Oh, and I forgot to mention, Natalya got the pudding up her nose, so the next few times she blew her nose, she had blue boogers:) Oh, and no picture of the colorful diaper:)

Horray for cribs! Sometimes my girls do that too. Aliza gets so happy when Madeline gets to play with her in her crib.

I think dying pudding is such a smart idea. I’ve definitely got to try that!

Ellie and Jonas do that too in J’s crib! I love it. Also love the spiderman outfit.

Yeah, great idea. I will have to remember the dying pudding trick later on.
