So, a long long time ago, I promised to post pictures of rooms in our new house as I finished decorating and stuff. Well, it is taking me a lot longer than expected, but it is getting done slowly. I am kind of picky, and I shop around a lot before I decide on what I want (plus it also takes money, and I don’t want to spend all of ours all at once). So, I did post pictures a while ago of our downstairs half bath. Today is our kitchen! It has actually been done for a while. Trent put in laminate flooring, and I decorated! I really really like it. Eventually, we are going to put in an attached bar for more cupboards, more counter space, and also a place the kids can sit and eat breakfast, or watch me cook whatever. If you look in the pictures where the dish washer is, the bar will start there, and go across towards the refrigerator. We also are going to paint someday. I want to go with an exposed cement kinda look that you see in little Italian Cafes (Like at Cobblestone Pizza in American Fork).The next room will probably be Natalya’s room. I need to hang up two more things, and then finish her curtains and bed skirt. Maybe that can be a goal for this week.

Very nice! It looks great and must have been fun to do. I want to paint our apartment, we just found out that we can, and I’ll post some pictures, too!
